Cranberry and White Chocolate Scones



Finals are finished.  And my life is officially free from any sort of studying for a whole month.  Then it’s back to the grind. But before then, I need to fulfill a few of my recent desires–replace my pathetically stained robe; promise myself to never cook in the new robe; buy an apron to protect the new robe because I tend to break promises and make these amazing scones!


Baked Cavatappi and Gruyere



What could be better than personal sized bowls of ooey-gooey baked cheese pasta?  In my opinion, not much–and this is my attempt at perfecting perfection.

As a kid, I pretty much lived on the blue box mac & cheese.  So, I suppose you could call this my “grown-up” version of a childhood staple. (more…)
